Milton Harmon has been working in the hard surface floor covering industry for more than 30 years. He began his career in hard surfaces by installing vinyl and wood floors. Milt took a full time position with Pergo in Technical services and later began managing their hard surface installation-training center located in St. Louis, MO. In 2001 Milt joined Mohawk Industry’s Hard Surface Technical Services Staff and has also been training for Mohawk University since 2001.

During his 30 years of on the job experience, Milt also attained certifications from companies such as Pergo, National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA), Columbia, Bruce, and National Oak Flooring Manufacturers Association (NOFMA). Additionally, Milt is currently serving on the Hard Wood Install, Sand, and Refinish board for NWFA.
